2. Recover

After identifying the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction, we transition to the next step. Our focus shifts to managing pain while laying out a foundation for lasting change. We do this by correcting any faulty movement patterns in your day to day life and enhancing functional strength and mobility. At this stage we will often add in stretches and exercises for you to work on at home.

1. Relieve

Our immediate priority is easing your pain and understanding your current condition. After taking you through a comprehensive assessment, we develop a tailored care plan to support your health goals. As long as there are no contraindications, we will start therapy from the first session to start the process right away.

3. Adapt

Once pain is under control, our focus shifts to creating long term adaptation through corrective exercise and mobility drills. Our goal is to equip you with the tools and knowledge you need for steady and consistent improvement over time. We want to empower you to take charge of your health goals and we can support you as much or as little as you need.
