Pricing Conditions:
Child means 17 & under. Once child turns 18, they are classified as an adult fee.
Post Partum Package - New Patient visits for Mum and Baby. This package applies until babies 1st birthday.
Family Package - Applies to 2 Adults + 2-3 Children. Whole family must be seen at the same time for this price to apply. **This does not apply to the new patient appointments. All visits must be seen at the same time, with the same chiropractor.

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we ask that you respect our appointment policy.
1. Appointment Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than the required notice may incur a cancellation fee of $30.
2. Missed (No-Show) Appointments
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of the original service cost will be charged. Repeated missed appointments may result in future booking restrictions or a deposit requirement for new appointments.
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. If you are more than 7 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show, and the no-show fee may apply.
4. Emergencies and Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you miss an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible — we may waive the fee at our discretion.
5. Agreement
By booking an appointment with Bloom Family Chiropractic you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
